I only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged during shipping. The item will need to be returned to me before a refund can be processed, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once I receive the damaged piece, I’ll refund both the purchase price and the original shipping cost.
Please also file a damage report with the shipping carrier. All shipped items are insured, and once the carrier confirms the damage, the insurance will cover the refund.
Because each piece is handcrafted and often made from one‑of‑a‑kind materials, I don’t offer refunds for reasons such as “I no longer like this item.” If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out through the Contact Gwenn section of this website.
